Boiling Springs, KY — Real Estate clients are looking for the best aerial and ground marketing shots. The sooner the better, and keeping cost down is essential for winning bids.

Rain forced a 4-hour delay. Afternoon return meant sunshine in lens, shadows, half of shots would be dark. Plus, thick hilly forests between pilot and drone would cause signal loss. All real challenges.

Returned for 4pm mission, dealt with the sunlight in face and shadows. It wasn’t easy, as only 50% of subject was illuminated properly. So I chose to focus on the best lighted areas, accept limitations, and make best of situation.

The results were spectacular … several if not half were “sensational” and we delivered cinema-level video of southern Kentucky.
